Welcome to our unique selection of spirits, where each bottle encapsulates a journey through time. From ancient civilizations in Mesopotamia and Egypt to the sophisticated distillation techniques refined by medieval monks, the art of crafting spirits has evolved significantly over millennia.
The Renaissance ignited a passion for iconic beverages like Scotch whisky, gin, and rum, while the Industrial Revolution modernized their production. Despite the challenges of Prohibition, the spirit world thrived, giving rise to speakeasies and a vibrant cocktail culture.
Today, we celebrate a diverse array of artisanal and premium spirits that embody tradition and creativity. Spirits are no longer just drinks; they are cultural symbols that bring people together.

The 2004 Mouton Rothschild is supple, forward and inviting. Dark cherry, plum, tobacco and grilled herbs are all pushed forward. This is an especially succulent Mouton,
“…This could turn out to be a candidate for perfection in another 8-10 years. It will drink well for 30-50 years, but will always be much more approachable and charming than its 2010 counterpart…” RP, 99pts
94% Cabernet Sauvignon, 6% Merlot. The highest percentage of Cabernet since records began in 1962. 39 hl/ha. 100% new oak, which the quality of the wine merits this year. In 2015, a great, classic, cassis nose, with complex spices. Superbly structured. Fantastic, fruity, plummy projection, combined with toast and sweetness. Flamboyant Mouton par excellence, with tantalising complexity. Serena Sutcliffe, MW
…this blend of 90% Cabernet Sauvignon, 8% Merlot and 2% Cabernet Franc has an inky bluish/purple color, which is far darker than its nearby neighbor, Lafite Rothschild, or even Pontet-Canet. This wine should drink well for 25-30 years and is somewhat of a sleeper for a 2012 first-growth Médoc. Drink: 2015-2045.
Robert Parker, RobertParker.com (218), April 2015 94pts
This wine displays a deep cherry-red colour with glints of crimson. The nose offers ripe berry and mineral notes. Supple on the palate with fruity and licorice flavours leading to a soft finale of fine, rounded tannins.
Dark, aromatic and full-bodied. A very pretty wine from a unique part of Bordeaux. 90% Merlot with a little Malbec and Cabernet blended in to give a ripe fruitiness. This can easily age for several more years. Certified organic.
