Jeeper Champagne Cuvee Blanc de Noirs Brut

A golden and full-bodied Champagne, which, along with the hallmarks of toast, hazelnuts and citrus, offers tones of dark berries, due to the wine’s Blanc de Noir title. A bright Champagne, made on red grape varieties. In this case, 65% Pinot Noir and 35% Pinot Meunier.

Before the wine is bottled for 2nd fermentation, it has stored on oak barrels. It gives a greater depth and fullness to the Champagne. In the bottle it is allowed to lie at least 3 years with the broth before it is degorged and released.

A charismatic and beautiful Champagne, which possesses a personality that makes it obvious both for food, as well as the glass that opens a particularly good evening.

92/100 points | Gilbert and Gaillard

“Beautiful, fairly deep golden cap. Very expressive, intense nose marrying fruit and biscuit notes. The palate is ample and tense with rip fruit aromatics. Lovely precision and length. “
