The Œnothèque releases are Dom Pérignon’s own library stock — bottles held back in the cellars at Épernay, disgorged late after extended ageing on lees, and released only when the chef de cave judges them at a new peak of expression.
The Rosé 1990 is among the most sought-after of all Œnothèque bottlings: a great Champagne vintage, decades of maturation, and the rare vinous intensity that only late-disgorged rosé achieves. A collector’s Champagne in the truest sense.
