Gaspard Brochet is a small grower-producer based in Écueil on the Montagne de Reims, farming his own parcels with care and releasing wines of genuine character and precision.
La Pie is a single-varietal Chardonnay Extra Brut — vinified with minimal dosage to express the purity of the site. White peach, hawthorn and fine chalk on the nose, with a tense, dry palate and a long, saline finish.
Drink from 2025 through 2032 — best enjoyed with food or after further cellaring.
