Description

Gaspard Brochet is one of Champagne’s rising stars, part of the new generation of grower-producers redefining the region. Based in Villers-Aux-Noeuds, the Brochet family has cultivated vineyards since 1932, but Gaspard has brought the domaine to a new level with a philosophy rooted in purity, ecology, and artisanal craftsmanship.

He works meticulously in the vineyards, favoring low intervention, biodiversity, and expressing each parcel with authenticity. In the cellar, he applies a natural, minimalist approach: slow fermentations, very limited sulphur, precision élevage, and long ageing on lees.
The result: Champagnes with tension, finesse, and a strikingly pure sense of place.

Today, Gaspard Brochet is regarded as one of the most promising young winemakers in Champagne, admired for his talent, sensitivity, and the rare precision of his wines.

Assemblage 333d is one of the signature cuvées of Gaspard Brochet, crafted from a beautifully balanced trilogy of grapes: one-third Pinot Noir, one-third Meunier, one-third Chardonnay. Each component comes from the family’s finest parcels in Villers-Aux-Noeuds, in the southern Montagne de Reims.

333d perfectly expresses Brochet’s philosophy of harmony:
the finesse and structure of Pinot Noir, the roundness and fruit-driven charm of Meunier, and the crystalline tension of Chardonnay.

On the nose, the wine opens with ripe apple, citrus zest, white flowers, and a delicate touch of light toast. The palate is generous yet refined, vibrant with chalk-driven minerality, and beautifully balanced. The finish is long and energetic, with notes of white fruits, lemon peel, and subtle salinity.

A contemporary, artisanal Champagne produced in very limited quantities, highly sought after by collectors and lovers of precise, terroir-driven wines.
