Jeeper Champagne Cuvee Blanc de Noirs Brut
A golden and full-bodied Champagne, which, along with the hallmarks of toast, hazelnuts and citrus, offers tones of dark berries, due to the wine’s Blanc de Noir title. A bright Champagne, made on red grape varieties. In this case, 65% Pinot Noir and 35% Pinot Meunier.
Before the wine is bottled for 2nd fermentation, it has stored on oak barrels. It gives a greater depth and fullness to the Champagne. In the bottle it is allowed to lie at least 3 years with the broth before it is degorged and released.
A charismatic and beautiful Champagne, which possesses a personality that makes it obvious both for food, as well as the glass that opens a particularly good evening.

Collection 244 is created from a blend of Louis Roederer`s Perpetual Reserve, oak-aged reserve wines and the best wines of the 2019 vintage, and is an assemblage of 41% Chardonnay, 33% Pinot Noir 26% Pinot Meunier. Producer note. “Deep, broad bouquet of ripe fruit (wild peaches, william pears) combined with citrus (lemons, blood oranges). The entry to the palate is delicious!

Bright golden yellow robe. On the nose, ageing in oak barrels brings subtle notes of roasted hazelnut and fresh brioche. The expression on the palate is intense, fruity and floral. With hints of lemon zest and candied citrus. A beautiful acidity that gives length in the mouth, with Jeeper’s signature thin bubbles and creamy texture this is a very complex champagne.

Pol Roger does not make a Non-Vintage Rosé, preferring to release only in vintage years. The Brut Rose Vintage 2018 is produced from a blend of 50% Pinot Noir and 35% Chardonnay drawn from some 20 Premiers and Grands crus on the “Montagne de Reims” and the “Côte des Blancs”. In order to obtain its delicate colour and subtle nose 15% Pinot Noir, from selected vineyards in Bouzy, Ambonnay and Cumieres, is vinified “en rouge” and added to the blend prior to the second fermentation.
