Description
Located in Chavot-Courcourt, in the heart of the Côteaux Sud d’Épernay, Domaine Chavost embodies the heritage and spirit of a community of passionate winegrowers. Founded in 1946 by the will of its elders, the estate takes its name from Chavost, the ancestral name of the village, once nestled between the Saint-Martin Church and Mount Felix.
Rooted in strong collective values — solidarity, sharing, and respect for the land — the domaine continues to cultivate its vineyards with the same devotion and authenticity passed down through generations.
Today, the 5-hectare vineyard is certified organic (since the 2023 harvest), reflecting a deep commitment to sustainability and environmental preservation. Each plot is tended with care to produce grapes of exceptional quality, enabling the creation of Champagnes of character and purity.
Driven by innovation and a desire for transparency, Domaine Chavost has developed a unique range of wines:
“Et sans sulfites ajoutés !” — meaning “No added sulphites!” — a collection that showcases the estate’s savoir-faire through expressive, natural Champagnes made with mastered precision and genuine authenticity.
Faithful to its roots yet open to the future, Domaine Chavost stands as a symbol of collective passion, respect for nature, and uncompromising excellence.
