Maison Fang is one of Burgundy’s most compelling new voices — a négociant project built on rigorous sourcing and a minimal-intervention philosophy, working with growers who farm well and letting the sites do the talking.

Bienvenues-Bâtard-Montrachet is the smallest of the Montrachet family — barely 3.7 hectares, tucked inside Puligny beside Bâtard itself. Where Bâtard is broad and powerful, Bienvenues is the finer, more delicate of the two: less muscle, more filigree.

Production across all owners is tiny, and single-bottle availability is rare in any vintage.

2022 was hot and dry but generous, and the whites came in riper than expected while keeping their line.
